Learn about the recruiting process

Here’s what you should expect when interviewing with AltaSigma.

1. Apply
Browse our open positions on our job board and submit your application.
2. Online Interview
If your skills and experience align with what we are looking for, you’ll receive an email to schedule an Online Meeting with one of our recruiters. On the meeting, expect to share more about who you are, your experience, and what you’re looking for in your career.
3. Coding Challenge
You can then show what you're made of as part of a coding challenge, which we organize according to the job profile. We usually give our applicants one week to complete a task, which we then evaluate together in a subsequent online meeting.
4. On-site Interview
If you’ve made it to this final phase, we are excited to meet you personally and have you meet more of our team and get a feel for our values. We will clarify the last open questions and discuss the final steps. Lastly, the old question: What should you wear? We’re a casual group. Dress comfortably.
5. Job Offer & Signing Contract
In the following week, we give feedback on the interview and agree on the further procedure. If it fits from both sides, you will receive a job offer from us and we are looking forward to welcoming you in our team.
