Senior Fullstack Entwickler (m/f/d)

• You develop and maintain frontend and backend components of our AI platform using React, TypeScript, Node.js, Go and Python. You actively use modern AI support in your daily work, from coding assistants to your own agents.
• You help shape the architecture of our microservices, make sound technology decisions and continuously evaluate new tools and best practices.
• You improve our CI/CD processes — including Semantic Release and Renovate — and automate build, test and deployment steps for fast, reliable releases.
• You ensure software quality through automated testing, clean code and documented standards.
• You share your knowledge with the team and strengthen our code quality through code reviews, pair programming and mentoring.

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in demanding, production-grade software projects. You have built systems that are truly in use and understand the difference between “runs locally” and stable production operation.
• Strong experience with our tech stack: TypeScript with React in the frontend and Node.js in the backend are part of your daily work, ideally complemented by Go or Python.
• Solid CI/CD experience and the ability to set up automated test and deployment processes with tools such as GitLab CI/CD.
• A good eye for UI/UX and a strong focus on thoughtful, consistent and user-friendly interfaces.
• Experience with containerization, Docker, Kubernetes and cloud-native applications is a plus.
