Senior Kubernetes & Cloud Native Engineer (m/f/d)

• You design, implement and manage our cloud and on-premise environments and ensure secure, reliable operations. You actively use modern AI support in your daily work, from coding assistance to your own agents.
• You scale and optimize our Kubernetes clusters so they remain highly available and perform reliably under load.
• You use Linux, scripting and open-source tooling for system administration and automation, creating workflows that are transparent, maintainable and easy to operate.
• You expand our CI/CD pipelines so we can deliver software quickly, reliably and automatically.
• You further develop our Kubernetes operators and Helm charts, making the deployment of our platform simpler, safer and more repeatable.

• A degree in Computer Science or a comparable field.
• Practical experience with Kubernetes, containerization and operating cloud-native applications, including Helm and ArgoCD. You have not only set up clusters, but also kept them stable and secure in production.
• Strong experience with our tech stack: Linux system administration and Infrastructure as Code with Ansible and Terraform/OpenTofu are part of your daily work.
• Solid CI/CD experience and the ability to set up automated test and deployment processes with tools such as GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with hyperscalers such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform and Go is a plus. Our platform itself is cloud-agnostic.
