WHAT YOU WILL MOVE FORWARD

  • You help develop the sales motion for AltaSigma’s Enterprise AI software — from identifying potential customers to supporting qualified opportunities.
  • You identify target accounts, build initial relationships and develop them step by step into strong customer contacts.
  • You understand customers’ business and technology challenges and help translate them into clear use cases, value propositions and next steps.
  • You support B2B sales cycles in a structured way — from prospecting, qualification and discovery to presentations, proposals, negotiations and closing.
  • You work closely with our AI, engineering and leadership teams to understand customer requirements and show the right solution paths.
  • You manage your pipeline transparently, prioritize opportunities and bring structure to account and sales activities.
  • You represent AltaSigma professionally in customer meetings, at events, in partner conversations and across the market for Enterprise AI, AI software, data platforms and digital transformation.
  • You bring market feedback back into the company and help improve our positioning, sales materials and go-to-market approach.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

  • Initial or several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in Enterprise Software, SaaS, AI software, data platforms, analytics, cloud, automation or digital transformation.
  • Experience understanding customer needs, running structured conversations and turning them into clear next steps.
  • Interest in complex software solutions and the ability to translate technical topics into business value.
  • A solid basic understanding of how companies use data, AI and software to improve processes, support decisions or unlock new business potential.
  • The ability to build trust with business teams, IT, data teams and management.
  • A structured approach to CRM, pipeline management, follow-ups and account planning.
  • Strong communication skills, reliability and a confident presence.
  • Very good German and English skills.
  • Experience selling Enterprise Software or working in a growth-oriented technology company is a plus, but not a strict requirement.
